We thought of offering you a simple and quick recipe with peaches that you have just picked from the garden or bought at the market, because it is essential to use quality raw material, hygienically safe and that presents its characteristics.


Take some white peaches and wash them well, so as to remove the hair.

Cut them in half and remove the core.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and put in our baking bags.

Bake in a steam oven at 85° degrees for 8/9 minutes. Break down to + 3 and store in the fridge.
